Our Cancellation Policy is applicable where a registration has been made to attend one of our upcoming events.

The policy is applied in all instances regardless of the method used to perform the registration.

All MEPRA members and non-members who have confirmed their attendence but do not notify MEPRA of their cancellation 48 hours prior to any event organized byMEPRA will be charged a no-show fee. 

For participants who have already paid their registration fee but do not show up at the event and have not given notice of their cancellation 48 hours prior to the event will not have their registration fee reinbursed.
